Pablo Jequier is the latest driver to announce their entry to the GT Championship grid. He will be competing in the GT5 Am class. Supported by Race Car Consultants, Jequier is set to make his mark in the British motorsport series. He’ll be racing under his Colombian nationality.
In preparation for his Ginetta debut season, the rearing racer has undertaken comprehensive training at iZone Driver Performance. This will help him to maximise his racing potential ahead of the opening round at Oulton Park in April. With his ‘discipline and determination’, Jequier is dedicated to dominating the competition. He has a goal of achieving his first win class win and GT5 title.
Pablo Jequier said:
“I am determined to make a mark in the racing world. I will deliver my best performance every time I hit the track. My goal for the 2023 season is to win the GT5 Am class championship. I am highly committed to putting in the hard work and effort to achieve this goal.”
“I am grateful for the opportunity to race with Race Car Consultants. I’m confident that with their experience and resources, we can achieve great things together. The 2023 Ginetta GT season promises to be an exciting one. I am eager to showcase my skills and compete against the other talented drivers in the grid.”
David Ellesley, Team Principal, Race Car Consultants:
“We are excited to be welcoming Pablo into the RCC team for this season. After some initial testing towards the end of 2022, we both decided that a full championship campaign was in order for 2023.
Pablo has shown great commitment outside of the car already. He and is fully focused on developing throughout the season. With this being his first ever year of racing, we are looking forward to helping him develop his skills as the year progresses.”
