Preview: 2024 Ginetta Junior Championship – Oulton Park

The stars of the future launch their car racing careers at Oulton Park in 2024

The ever-popular championship which has helped jumpstart the careers of drivers such as Lando Norris, Jamie Chadwick and Tom Ingram returns for 2024. It showcases the country’s finest teenage talents to the biggest stages in motorsport. Supporting British GT for a second season. 

Six drivers from the 2023 grid return this season.

The 2022 Ginetta Junior Scholarship winner Chase Fernandez (E3 Sport), returns after a successful debut season, achieving 4 wins, 8 podiums and 6th overall. He is joined at E3 Sport by 2023 Ginetta Junior Scholarship winner, Jude Peters who makes his racing debut, having only ever competed in Esports prior. 

Charlie Hart (Elite Motorsport) returns after a successful 2023 season seeing him on the podium 4 times and achieving a pole position. He’s joined by rookies Nick Ellis, Archie Clark, Australian Ruben Dan, Max Cuthbert and Issac Phelps. 

Fox Motorsport hosts Holly Miall’s return as she looks to improve on her 2023 debut season. Having a best finish of P10 at Donington Park, we’re excited to see Holly in the mix in 2024. Joining Miall is Jack Robinson who made his debut at the Brands Hatch round of 2023, Colin Cronin and James Shotton.  

Felix Livesey continues with MDD Racing this season and is joined by debutants James Ellis and Jovarni Cassell Joseph. 

Reining Team Champions R Racing have an all new line up, starting with Harry Moss, who joins the team after a season with Fox Motorsport. Making his debut at the final round of 2023, Tom Ingram Hill joins for a full season alongside Ethan Jeff-Hall and Marcus Saeter. 

Pace Performance will make their debut with Torrin Byrne. Bryne took part in the Ginetta Junior Scholarship in 2023 and tested extensively last year in preparation for his rookie campaign. 

Preptech UK welcomes back Henry Joslyn for a second season of Ginetta Juniors. Joining Joslyn is Alfie Davies who contested the final two rounds of the 2023 season and American Ethan Carney. 

The Ginetta Junior Championship always provides thrilling action as fearless racers compete to become the next motorsport superstar. We’re excited to see how everyone progresses this season starting with the challenging Oulton Park circuit.
