Silverstone saw a dominant win from Luke Garlick and a bold tyre strategy for Conner Garlick as both closed down on Pro championship leader Mckenzie Douglass.
Xentek Motorsport took both wins at Silverstone with Luke Garlick winning race one and brother Conner Garlick winning race two. Both will look to gain more points and take the championship lead at Donington Park, where last year, Luke secured his GT5 title.
Leading the championship, Mckenzie Douglass (Fox Motorsport) scored two podiums at Silverstone. Douglass made his GT Championship debut at Donington Park coming away with a podium. He’ll look to achieve a win to keep himself on top.
In the Am class, Nick White (Raceway Motorsport) leads the championship by a fair margin. He was hot on the heels of the leading Pro pack, could he get himself in the mix for an overall top 3 finish? Teammate Matt Shaw secured two podiums at Silverstone. He’ll be on the hunt for a race win this weekend.
Peter Mangion (Am) and Harry Mangion (Pro) are both also returning to Donington.
