Glen Broster Confirms Ginetta GT5 Challenge Return With ABG Motor

Glen Broster has today (11 February 2016)  announced his intentions to return to British GT Support Series, the Protyre Motorsport Ginetta GT5 Challenge with his self-run team, ABG Motorsport.

The 34 year old Transport Manager from Deeside joined the grid in 2014 and is a popular character in the paddock, never afraid to get his hands dirty or help out a fellow competitor. Now, as he begins his third year in the championship, he has his sights set firmly on a number of top five finishes.

For the first time in Ginetta GT5 Challenge history, the championship will make two appearances on the British Touring Car Championship support bill, offering fantastic exposure for Glen and the FTS Hatwell-liveried car.

Glen Broster, driver; “I’ve had a great time as part of the Protyre Motorsport Ginetta GT5 Challenge and am looking forward to the 2016 season. The grid is getting stronger each year and to have two rounds live on ITV4 four as part of the BTCC support package is excellent! Let’s get going!”

Hayley Hickmore, Ginetta Championships Coordinator;“We are delighted to have Glen back on the grid for 2016. He’s a great guy to have around and isn’t afraid to race hard. As he mentioned, he will have two races as part of the BTCC support bill which will provide even better value for both the driver and sponsors this season.”
