Kyle Hornby is set to return to the 2016 Simpson Race Products Ginetta Junior Championship, after confirming a move to the JHR Developments team.
A storming debut in the Ginetta Junior Championship saw Hornby make a real impression on the rookie class in 2015. Pole position at Silverstone and second overall at Croft were defining moments in his illustrious debut, which saw him collect no less than 13 podiums across both the main and rookie classes.
Taking third place in the Rookie Championship, Kyle is aiming to be in contention for the championship title from the word “go” this season, and he’s joined forces with UK driver manager, Graeme Glew to help him towards that goal.

With more races than ever before, the 2016 Simpson Race Products Ginetta Junior Championship see’s five additional rounds added to the calendar, with three races scheduled at Donington Park, Croft, Knockhill, Rockingham and Silverstone.
Committed to supporting driver development, the Junior prize package is designed to encouraged progression through the formulae. The winner of the Junior series will be loaned a Ginetta G55 GT4 car to be used in the 2017 Michelin Ginetta GT4 SuperCup.
