Rob Keogh is set to return to the Ginetta family in 2015, after announcing plans to switch to the road-legal GRDC+ series next season.
Having contested the Ginetta GT5 Challenge in 2014, Keogh was attracted to the idea of having his own road legal race car in which he could drive to and from the circuit, and as a result, swapped his G40 GT5 Challenge car for a G40R.
Keogh said;“I’m looking forward to getting back on circuit in 2015 and joining the guys in the GRDC+. They seemed like a great bunch of guys last year and I got on well with them during the social aspects of the season, plus their racing was fantastic to watch too. I’m intending to have lots of fun and see where the season takes me!”Keogh can now look forward to a five weekend race series, taking in Rockingham, Silverstone, Spa Francorchamps, Brands Hatch and Donington Park, alongside a number of newly qualified Ginetta Racing Drivers Club competitors who earned their motorsport ‘stripes’ with Ginetta in 2014
